Immersion Tin in Eldos
In October 2006, a horizontal line for immersion tin coating, which uses the most modern STANNATECH 2000 H technology from ATOTECH, was put into operation.
Quality of the tin coating layer fulfills all requirements for technology of this type, and much greater capacity of the line enables to meet the wider customer demand for PCBs produced in that technology.
